Ni frågar vilken färg jag föredrar. Äsch, det beror väl på var den sitter!

I'm Chiara. I love languages, journaling, kanelbullar, moomin, bunads, puffins, flag decorations and making pretty illustrations. 💛💙❤️
Today is Estonian Independence Day, so here is some info on it compared to Finnish! Things from last year but also quite a few new things!! What about you?? 🇫🇮 Got a Finnish Assimil & you can get a discount for Uötimate language books (link in bio) - not sure this is gonna be my Finnish year as I sang to keep sticking on Japanese (now on a break ish due to no time). Luckily Scandinavian languages are a no brainer and i can read anything in them !! Last slide are books I kinda started but have no time for them and i practice by practicing them #polyglot #languagelearning #languagestudy #polyglotcommunity Thanks to @tandem.arnhem for organising the language cafe🩷 Some plans for when I’ll have time so realistically during Christmas holidays 🍬 first want to finish some things I started in Japanese and then asap get back to Finnish which I had to neglect for s long time 🇫🇮 🇯🇵 can’t wait to read the Japanese original book that inspired Kiki’s delivery service (studio ghibli). Some days ago I realized the actual meaning of a word and picked some others from the collection of words with cute literal meaning I already had! Enjoy! Whats your favourite? Please correct me if anything here is wrong! Here is the summary to my blog post about the anchor language method to learn a whole language family, more or less.. !! A small reel with some spreads from my journal. Depending on my mood or motivation to practice I write in different languages from Norwegian to Japanese or my dialect. Hope I have given you some inspo….! I have a lot more of course but didnt want to wait 10 years for next post #polyglotcommunity #polyglotlife #languagelearner #languagecommunity #languagestudygram #languagenerd #journalinspiration I made a whole list of cool Icelandic compound words on my blog, there are quite a few other interesting ones that exist also in other Germanic languages, you can check everything out there (link in bio) 🇮🇸 Here is my Japanese language moodboard. The completely different sentence structure and unknown kanji make it hard to understand texts but I will just keep going . A long way further than months ago !
